Mayor
The Alamo Heights City Council is comprised of an elected Mayor and five council members, all of who are chosen at large. Terms are for a period of two years with the Mayor and Council Places One and Two being elected in odd years. Places Three, Four and Five are elected in even years.

Council - Place 1
Terms for council member are for a period of two years with Council Places One and Two being elected in odd years. Places Three, Four and Five are elected in even years.
Note> Councilmembers Place 1 & 2 to serve a two-year term on the Alamo Heights City Council. Councilmember Place 5 to serve the remainder of the unexpired term for one year until May 2026.
