The City of Windcrest will hold a General Election for the November 4, 2025, ballot to elect for the following positions: Mayor, City Councilmember Place 4, and City Councilmember Place 5. 
The November 4, 2025, General Election, to elect a Mayor and City Councilmembers to Place 4, and Place 5 will be held at the Takas Park Civic Center, located at 9310 Jim Seal Dr., Windcrest, Texas 78239.
